This is a fabulous Merimekko inspired 1960s skirt suit. The jacket is a long sleeve blazer style with all the original buttons in the front, bust darts, and hip pockets, the skirt is a fully lined pencil skirt with side zipper and hook. The fabric is brown, tan, purple, and pink, psychedelic swirls. It is in very good condition, missing "eye" for hook at waistband, repair at the bottom of the zipper. Label reads"Tiklas Musti Finland", feels like cotton sateen. The bust of the jacket closed measures 38 inches, the skirt waist 27 inches, and the hips 38 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 36", Waist 25", Hips 36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
