Tommy has a pal named Snake Eyes. Tommy is saved by Snake Eyes, who takes him to his residence and recruits him into the clan. He also helps him in a variety of different circumstances. Tommy confronts the Cobra with Snake Eyes and the other Arashikage Clan members. Tommy was played by Andrew Koji.
